A much sought-after annual that often suffers from 'crinkling' on the spine area. This is a common occurrence with early 1960s Marvel and DC annuals as the cover is attached to the pages through a quick-dry glue and heat application.
There is a Replica reprint printed in 1998 featuring all the original DC advertisements and a gatefold cover that shows credits and special introduction.
The original annual was Distributed in the UK but in a limited fashion so it is scarce as a pence copy.
Sep 2017: Comic Link sold a fabulous old label Mohawk Valley CGC 9.4 copy for $2,499.
