Regular bi-monthly series that ran for 31 issues.
Not all 1950's comics were full of super heroes, occult mysteries or star spanning adventures. Some were gentle kids fantasy titles like Peter Panda. Starting with a 1st issue drawn by Rube Grossman and believed to be written by Sy Reit, Peter and his friends Dronald Dragon and Jimmy and Janie Jones embarked on a 31 issue series of escapades. Peter and his friends rarely met actual bad guys; rather harmless schemers like Foxy Dan. Most stories are fractured fairy tales or funny animal capers with many involving dragons from Dronald's neighborhood, which, reinforcing the series' kid friendliness, was not too far from Mother Goose's house.
