MILES MORALES: THE ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN

In January 2014, Marvel announced that following the conclusion of the Ultimate Marvel miniseries Cataclysm in April 2014, and coinciding with the Marvel Universe All-New Marvel NOW! launch, three new Ultimate series would debut from April 2014, under the banner Ultimate Marvel NOW!. The three series are: All-New Ultimates, Ultimate FF and this title Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man
N.B. Ultimate Marvel is an imprint of comic books published by Marvel Comics, featuring reimagined and updated versions of the company's superhero characters, including Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Avengers, and the Fantastic Four.
The current Ultimate Universe version of Spider-Man is a 13 year old kid named Miles Morales from Brooklyn; who takes on the Spider-Man identity after Peter Parker's death. Miles discovers spider powers of his own after he was bitten by a spider 11 months before Peter's death.
