I think the first 9 issues were published by Arleigh Publications Company. Certainly, the first issue to carry the National Periodical Publications stamp was #10 (Mar/Apr 1957).
The first officially distributed issue in the UK was #31 cover-dated Oct/Nov 1959. All issues after #31 distributed in the U.K. at the time. Issues #31-60 are scarce in the U.K. as pence copies.
